The Aspens Mountain Spa is a newly launched boutique spa development nestled in the hills of Karaağaç, a region offering unparalleled scenic views of the North Cyprus coastline.

Karaagac is a unique location in the hills of the Esentepe region on the East coast of North Cyprus. It’s a peaceful, scenic location away from the hustle and bustle of the developments along the main Coast road. The Aspens consists of 45 residential homes that benefit from a luxury spa, gymnasium, restaurant and alternative healing centre. Construction is due to start in August 2024 with a completion date of December 2026.

- FIRST STAGE PAYMENT DUE JANUARY 2025
- 5% BALANCE ON HANDOVER
